  14. It's been sometime before a public posting by myself.  Reason, I have been 
  15. extremely busy with SASG.  I must first start by saying that I am very sorry 
  16. for a lot of the delayed registrations, and some of you that are still 
  17. waiting.  I can assure that we have caught up on all backorders and now the 
  18. only registrations we have waiting to process are ones from Jan 12th on.  This 
  19. is the case for MUI, MagicWB we are working on the last week of December.  
  20. There are however some special cases!

  22. I am trying to get some more personel onboard so that this does not happen 
  23. again.  In december the SASG USA registration site was flooded, over 4x busier 
  24. than it ever has been.  This means that everyone was just waiting for the 
  25. release of MUI3.  This was a totally unexpected.  I must however apologize for 
  26. some parts on our behave.  The whole month of December and the first week of 
  27. January we were so full that we were running out of supplies, man power, etc. 
  28.  I must thank everyone for their patience, cooperation, and for the success of 
  29. SASG.

  31. I have conacted 90% of those who I think may have some registrations in limbo 
  32. someplace due to a mailing mishap, however these will be taken care off.  By 
  33. then end of this week, EVER single backorder that we have received will be out 
  34. the door, and including most of the new orders.

  36. If you have any complaints or suggestions, please forward them to:  
  37. sasg@mailhost.net.  These problems need not be forwarded to the authors, but 
  38. only as a last resort if you feel that you are not being taken care of.  I 
  39. realize that you have paid for your software and you should receive it, again 
  40. I am sorry for the delays and we are doing everything we can to keep this from 
  41. happening again.
